Well tappet blocks may be sorted but I'll have to wait for a buddy to help me finagle them back onto the pistons. So in the mean time decided I'd try my hand at making a fiberglass mud guard to hide up under the seat for the rear tire.
A bit of a messy endeavor so not too many in progress photo's.Here it is right after being pulled off, still some trimming and lots of sanding to be done, but might just be able to make this work.
The goal is to protect the interior of the bike from mud debris water etc.. and cut weight of course.. This will be mounted under the seat.
Also cut down my front fender and lined it up, just need to make a mount for it now.
